I asked at Github and they pointed out that, when you initiate a pull request, you can edit it, and two of the editable things are the base repository and branch. So I tried it, and now there is https://github.com/bram-atmire/DSpace/pull/1 . I never even noticed that Edit button before. -- Mark H.
