Description:

If trying to access a bitstream with Read policy removed from Anonymous, the message "The file is restricted" was shown and requires you to login to access the file, which is ok. But this message is also shown if you clicked the Login link after you attempted to access the restricted bitstream.
Steps:
1. Try to access a restricted bitstream without logging in.
2. Now go to DSpace Home and click the Login link in the header OR click the Login link Under the My Account.
3. You will be greeted with the message "The file is restricted. The file you are attempting to access is a restricted file and requires credentials to view. Please login below to access the file." which should not appear.
