[Dspace-devel] [DuraSpace JIRA] (DS-1088) AuthenticationManager.allowSetPassword is problematic with stacked authentication modules

Discussed today by a few developers. The ideal solution would be for "allowSetPassword()" to return an answer based on your *current* authenticated session. It should not query all modules.

However, it was noted that this is highly related to DS-1566, and may in fact be resolved by that larger initiative.
