Description: dependency setting for commons-validator is duplicate and this causes NoClassDefFoundError.

Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/validator/routines/UrlValidator
at org.dspace.discovery.SolrServiceImpl.getSolr(SolrServiceImpl.java:138)
at org.dspace.discovery.SolrServiceImpl.getRelatedItems(SolrServiceImpl.java:1987)
