Description: Hiera, http://docs.puppetlabs.com/hiera/1/index.html, provides a way to configure Puppet scripts in a site-specific way. It's a tool that comes automatically with Puppet, and if we change our current Puppet scripts in Vagrant-DSpace to utilize Hiera, we'll have a way to easly tweak the configuration of Vagrant-DSpace, just by modifying some YAML or JSON files. Utilizing Hiera to handle this will also make the Puppet modules for DSpace more usable in a production setting.
