Bram Luyten (@mire) commented on DS-1704 Ant fresh_install fails on DSIndexer.cleanIndex As the comments in github illustrate, this was related to the fact that I was running the fresh install on an existing deployment. Thought this would be no problem after executing clean_database first, but the dspace/search directory had to be cleared manually as well.
