The database_schema.sql file currently groups all the sequence creation steps at the beginning of the file, which is OK, however, it will be more noticeable if we move the sequence creation block to the end of the SQL. I think this would also be a good idea as it will prompt developers to move other "non-table-creation" SQL lower in the file (like index creation) which will keep Oracle happy, especially in situations where Oracle infers index creation (due to UNIQUE constraints, for example). I realize sequences aren't indexes, but I do hope that moving them lower will help.
