Hmm, I see the changes here, but it actually leaves out some messages that should be translated. Compare the currently commited Turkish translation:

If you want, update this file for DSpace 3 as outlined above. Right now also translation for DSpace 4 starts (I'll send a call to the lists shortly), so feel free to submit either or both.
