We are collecting all the minor tweaks required for the new bootstrap jsp ui in the following feature branch on the DSpace git repository

I have now committed here a solution that move these inline styles, and other found in the footer jsp to the dspace-theme.css that should be the only css files to be touched, as we want to keep the bootstrap.css untouched to allow easy replace with other generated bootstrap.css file using different base colors.
The feature branch below will be merged in the master before the RC1, most probably on 29th October
