In vagrant-dspace, there's really no need to have two "bootstrap" scripts. Plus, we've noticed that the 'librarian-puppet-bootstrap.sh' script is both GPL licensed and also doesn't do exactly what we want. Hardy & I were chatting. We propose we create a single bootstrap script (named "dspace-puppet-bootstrap.sh") which does the following: 1) Performs steps in 'puppet-bootstrap-ubuntu.sh' (to install Puppet) 2) Installs Git 3) Installs 'librarian-puppet-maestrodev' (supposedly a slightly better version of librarian-puppet). For an example of a simple 'librarian-puppet-maestrodev' install, see this script: https://github.com/Turkcell/gy-phonegap-build-ui/blob/ae5848d0431026188c33ed23aa2f8daa14131c16/.puppet/bootstrap.sh
