In the administrative Batch Import user interface, the user is presented a drop down menu to select the type of the uploaded file.
The drop down menu should include all the data loaders that are of type "FileDataLoader" and not all the data loaders that are present in the configuration spring file (ie: OAI data loader should not appear in the drop down)
