usually harmless "Broken pipe" errors filling up dspace.log
This error occurs every time the TCP connection is interrupted before the page is completely served. Although sometimes it might indicate a problem, in 99% of cases it just means that the user interrupted loading the page in their browser. Therefore it doesn't deserve a full stacktrace in the log. I suggest we catch it and display only a one-line warning....
