Manual submission in the new function "Bibliographic import and lookup in Submission" does not function.
1) When clicking "Manual Submission" in the result pane of "search for indentifier" and "Default mode submission", "No collection selected" error is always displayed and you can't go to the next step.
2) After fixed the bug 1, the following error occurred when clicking "Manual Submission".
2013-11-05 17:15:01,391 ERROR org.dspace.app.webui.submit.JSPStepManager @ The doProcessing() method for org.dspace.app.webui.submit.JSPStepManager returned an error flag = 4. It is recommended to define a custom error message for this error flag using the addErrorMessage() method!
2013-11-05 17:15:01,396 ERROR org.dspace.app.webui.servlet.SubmissionController @ Error loading step class'org.dspace.submit.step.DescribeStep':
java.lang.NullPointerException
at org.dspace.app.webui.submit.step.JSPDescribeStep.showEditMetadata(JSPDescribeStep.java:207)
at org.dspace.app.webui.submit.step.JSPDescribeStep.doPreProcessing(JSPDescribeStep.java:113)
I fixed these bugs and will send a PR.
