Hi Keiji,
Regarding the configuration, what you say is true. We need to have a final check in the configuration file and update the documentation appropriately regarding the options the user has for each one of the three services. Moreover, the default configuration must be tightened with the default DSpace metadata schema, so, as I said, I final check in the default configuration is a must before the release.
Thanks for the new modifier.

I found some minor bugs in "Bibliographic import and lookup in Submission" function and inadequate configs in "bte.xml". About latter, the crossrefInputMap is a copy of the arxivInputMap and I think that it is not suitable as an example of a configuration.
And I added a new modifier which converts ISO639-2 language 3-char-code into ISO639 2-char-code....
