With DSpace 4.0, we've moved to using Discovery by default for search/browse (however you can still manually enable Lucene Search & DB-based Browse)
Because of this change, it is now unclear which "index" commands pertain to Discovery and which pertain to Lucene.
Based on the discussion in the Developers meeting today [1], we suggest all "index" scripts be renamed into a format similar to "index-[backend]". Therefore, these scripts need renaming (in launcher.xml):
3.x Command => 4.x Command
=========================
"index" => "index-db-browse" (it's only for DB Browse)
"index-init" => "index-lucene-init" (only works for Lucene)
"index-update" => "index-lucene-update" (only works for Lucene)
"update-discovery-index" => "index-discovery" (renaming to new format)
