Add a new oai format 'junii2' which is a key oai format for Japanese repositories because almost all Japanese repositories are required to implement this format by NII. See http://www.nii.ac.jp/irp/archive/system/junii2.html for more information (sorry in Japanese) .
I commented out this format in default settings because
1) this format may be use in Japan only, and
2) this format requires many metadata fields which are not defined in DSpace default settings.
