Regarding the submission lookup service, currently there are 2 configurations used:
a) dspace/config/modules/submission-lookup.cfg
b) dspace/config/spring/api/bte.xml
It would be wiser for the user to have one configuration.
There are also some other issues regarding the submission lookup service:
1) There is a misnamed function in the pubmed service that uses the name "crossref"
2) There is some logic in the submission lookup service to use files for demo/dev the service. There is no such need any more since we have the upload file logic
3) The fields that appear in the detailed form of a publication are configurable but the configuration appears in no file. Should be added in the unified configuration file. Moreover, since the configuration field keys have changed (via PR #386) there is the need of updating the default keys.
4) New configs should exist like the "maxResults" returned by the crossRef service when using the free text search (by author, title or date)
