Creative Commons has just released version 4.0 of their licenses: https://creativecommons.org/weblog/entry/40768 We should ensure that DSpace works with the 4.0 Licenses, so that they can also be assigned. I just ran a few tests on demo.dspace.org. Even though we use the latest CC API (v1.5), it looks like DSpace is still always assigning v3.0 CC licenses. CC API Docs: http://api.creativecommons.org/docs/readme_dev.html I'm not sure if the issue is that these brand new 4.0 licenses are not yet available from the CC API, or if DSpace is making improper calls such that only v3.0 licenses are being returned.
