Rescheduling for 4.1. We haven't been able to give this a thorough review. It looks like you could continually create more and more WorkspaceItems if you kept hitting the back button. This may cause a ton of empty WorkspaceItems to be sitting in DSpace if someone hit the back button frequently.
I haven't done a full test & review yet though...just skimming code.

To reproduce bug:
Start a submission using My Account -> Submissions
Select a collection
Select Next
Select Back Button on browser
Change Collection
Select Next
Proceed to complete item. The item will belong to the initially selected collection. If you use collection templates this bug is worse, as the default values for the fields will be wron...
