This was a failure in the script that "resets" the demo.dspace.org content on a weekly basis.
Essentially we were failing to also clear out the existing OAI-PMH index whenever we reset content. That meant that OAI would often be out of sync with newly added demo content.
This should now be resolved.
It is worth noting however that the OAI-PMH index "syncs" on a nightly basis. So newly added demo content may not appear in OAI-PMH until the following day.
