There are a few packages I'd like to add to the base box, mainly apt-spy2 (and dependencies), in order to make managing the apt sources.list more resilient. In order to make this provisioning repeatable, I'd like to add it to the Vagrantfile, a set of simple inline shell provisioners will work fine, it's just a few packages, no reason to get fancy with Puppet.
