I believe DSpace could have ways to add static pages more easily (both in html and in another language), the documentation is currently not clear on this point as I add new pages.
I believe that adding some functionality where these pages could be added by an administrative panel, or ways to call pages created in html and stored in some folder in theme, more effectively.
