To slightly clarify my previous comment: This was a secondary reason why I felt it might be worth doing away with all emails that state "0 Bitstreams found with POSSIBLE issues". Because that email *can* occasionally be misleading (and lull you into believing things are 100% OK), it seems more useful to do away with that email altogether, until the Checksum Emailer can be enhanced and made more trustworthy. I've opened up a related ticket which talks about the enhancements which likely should be made to the Checksum Emailer: DS-1875
