Kevin Van de Velde created an issue   DSpace / DS-1893 Get page refresh after adding a value in the submission forms clears all metadata in XMLUI Issue Type: Bug Affects Versions: 1.8.3, 1.7.3, 4.0, 3.2, 3.1, 3.0, 1.8.2, 1.8.1, 1.8.0, 1.7.2, 1.7.1, 1.7.0, 1.6.2, 1.6.1, 1.6.0, 3.3 Assignee: Kevin Van de Velde Components: XMLUI Created: 30/Jan/14 10:32 AM Fix Versions: 4.1 Priority: Critical Reporter: Kevin Van de Velde Steps to reproduce this issue: * Start a new submission * Fill in some metadata in the describe page * Add a value to a repeatable field, by pressing the add button * Perform a GET refresh of the page (so go in the url bar of your browser & press enter, no refresh since this will be a POST) * ALL metadata contained with this step is removed from the item I was able to detect this issue in FF & Chrome (might also affect IE, but hasn't been tested). This issue was detected by a crashing browser & using the restore functionality (which would instigate a GET action). This issue is NOT only present with new submissions but also for editing of existing ones in the workflow. So a reviewer could clear all metadata of a submission.
