OK, but this is an API change. Although we declare Java 7 is needed for DSpace 4, DSpace 4.0 worked with Java 6. We shouldn't release DSpace 4.1 that breaks with Java 6. I mean we could, but it's just evil to break stuff that worked unnecessarily.
