Hi I've been looking at the Amazon S3 storage add on for Dspace. This is great but I'd like to be able to use Glacier for files that may never be retrieved. Obviously in this mode a bitstream's content may not immediately be available. Would it be a huge undertaking to allow dspace to handle files that aren't immediately available? i.e. when it tries to retrieve a bitstream, gracefully handle a NotYetAvailable exception and display a nice warning saying come back later?
