Wood commented on an issue   Re: having a DOT in handle prefix causes identifier.uri to be cut off when being created I'm the opposite of an Oracle expert, but I begin to suspect that Oracle's SQL dialect cannot express the "fix the affected items" operation above. It does not have UPDATE...FROM. I think we are going to need some procedural code to step through the filtered joined tables, pluck out metadata_field_id and handle, and UPDATE the matching metadatavalue(s) one metadata_field_id at a time. BTW in "SET text_value = 'http://hdl.handle.net/14' || handle" where does the "14" come from?
