We discussed this in IRC today, a close look at the cocoon.log shows that Cocoon is complaining about an extra close paren in the mobile.xsl theme file. The error is here:

I've deleted the extra close paren on that line and manually deployed the theme file, the mobile site is back to working. I'll get a PR ready to fix this officially.
