Wood Some sites report difficulty fetching oss-parent.pom using HTTP, but success with HTTPS. We should update the oss.sonatype.org repository URL at the end of [dspace]pom.xml to use a secure connection. While we're at it, maybe we should also update to the latest oss-parent version, which is 9, not version 7 as we now specify.
