I had to do additional steps in order to get dspace installed using vagrant
1) enable virtualisation in bios (for 64bit systems it is a must)
symptoms:
VM won't start, no valuable error message had to look into debug output
2) apt-spy2 with country SK did not fill out the url in /etc/apt/sources.list, changed the apt-spy-2-bootstrap.sh
symptoms:
=> default: ... Setting 'apt' sources.list for closest mirror to country=SK
=> default: The closest mirror is: => default: Updating /etc/apt/sources.list
=> default: Updated '/etc/apt/sources.list' with ...
stdin: is not a tty
E: Malformed line 2 in source list /etc/apt/sources.list (URI parse)
E: The list of sources could not be read.
