I had mentioned this to Hardy via a chat.... It sounds like a bug to me (though I thought this used to work, so it may need some investigation). The correct logic is as followed: 1. Item AIP should be used to restore the Item the first time it is referenced (from a Collection AIP) 2. If that same Item AIP is referenced again (by another Collection AIP), then it's recently restored Item should just be linked/mapped to that restored Collection. (Based on the error, it sounds like currently the Item AIP is attempted to be restored a second time, instead of just "linked/mapped") I'm not sure offhand what could be causing this. It needs a volunteer to investigate to see what's going on, etc.
