Here's what the WARN messages look like, and there are well over 20 of them. They do get written to catalina.out:
5272 [coreLoadExecutor-3-thread-3] WARN org.apache.solr.core.SolrResourceLoader - Can't find (or read) directory to add to classloader: ../../../contrib/extraction/lib (resolved as: /dspace/solr/oai/../../../contrib/extraction/lib).
It seems like it should be fixed by just commenting out those invalid settings...e.g. here they are in the 'oai' solrconfig.xml:

Needs a volunteer to try the fix & create a PR.
