OK, I think that the instructions at: https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC4x/Configurable+Workflow
are incomplete. It seems to me that one must always execute the script etc/YOURDBMS/xmlworkflow/xml_workflow.sql when enabling configurable workflow. I cannot find anything else that creates the tables which will be filled by the migration script and used by the newly-enabled code. Am I missing something? -- Mark H.
