The changes seem to be correct, but the Oracle scripts have other problems. I will write up some further corrections that make them at least execute without failing.
Also I have edited the manual to indicate that both xml_workflow.sql must be executed unconditionally. Otherwise the added tables won't exist. I think that workflow_migration must also be executed unconditionally but will double-check that.
