Hi Aaron, I actually *wish* I had made it to code4lib this year (I have attended many years in the past).
However, if no other DSpace Developers are there, you are also more than welcome to brainstorm ideas on this dspace-devel list, or jump into #dspace IRC (where there tends to be some developers hanging out on a given day) to talk through them. I know it's not the same as a face-to-face sitdown, but it's likely better than nothing.
