hi Amjad, It is not a dspace problem.
You should ask whether a remote server (or the admin of the server) allows you to access their data online. That means, if you can access some data stored in a server in a remote location by typing in an URL into a browser, then you can access the same data through dspace, if you store the same URL into a dspace item.
