Dear all,
Can someone please help. I downloaded DSpace 1.6.0 from the sourceforge site
and was trying to install it but it giving me problems. please see the error
below:
the following errors:
Unable to locate the Javac Compiler in:
/usr/lib/jvm/java-1.7.0-icedtea-1.7.0.0/jre/../lib/tools.jar
Please ensure you are using JDK 1.4 or above and
not a JRE (the com.sun.tools.javac.Main class is required).
In most cases you can change the location of your Java
installation by setting the JAVA_HOME environment variable.
Where is the problem coming from?
Please help!!!!!!!
