How to get DC elements qualified or not, to show separate fields for volume,
issue, and pagination? I can run them all together in
dc.identifier.citation. But I want to show them separately, and thus allow
a machine to read and process them. I've searched but not found. I'm ready
to give up and make up my own fields.
