It looks like the RSS feeds are enabled. Examples are:
http://share.iit.edu/feed/rss_1.0/site
http://share.iit.edu/feed/rss_2.0/site
http://share.iit.edu/feed/atom_1.0/site
http://share.iit.edu/feed/rss_2.0/10560/1219
Some browsers, for example, Firefox 3.6, will automatically detect the feeds
and display a widget you can use to subscribe.
The RSS feed buttons pictured in the wiki will display in the JSPUI interface.
Your site is using the xmlui, so you may need to do some additional
customization to the xmlui theme to get the buttons to show up. Try asking on
the dspace-tech list if you need help with modifying the theme.
