The Sixth International Conference on Open Repositories (OR11) will be held June 7 - 11 in Austin, Texas. In light of the growing maturity of the repository arena, the primary theme of this year's conference is "Collaboration and Community: The Social Mechanics of Repository Systems." Jim Jaglieski, a founder of the Apache Software Foundation, will provide the keynote, addressing what ASF has learned on both fronts over more than a decade of support for open source software projects.
The conference steering committee welcomes 2-4 page proposals for presentations or panels on this topic, or dealing with any of the other conference themes by *March 7, 2011*.
