Hi all,

We're upgrading DSpace from 1.5.2 to 1.7.1; my part is to fiddle with the CSS
and headings in the xmlui. My front page is as expected, header saying
"Communities in DCommon" and the first browse option on the right being "All of
DCommon." Further, the "Register" option is changed to "Non-BU Registration",
and "Search DSpace" is now "Search DCommon":

http://dcommon-test.bu.edu/xmlui/

But in Communities and Collections
(http://dcommon-test.bu.edu/xmlui/community-list), the values are still
default. Even stranger: in Browsing by Issue Date
(http://dcommon-test.bu.edu/xmlui/browse?type=dateissued), the search box
heading is correct (Search DCommon) and "Non-BU Registration" is there, but the
rest are default. Browsing by Author extorts me to browse "All of DSpace" while
browsing by title says I can browse "All of DCommon."

My messages.xml file has what I expect:

        <message key="xmlui.ArtifactBrowser.AbstractSearch.all_of_dspace">All
of DCommon</message>
        <message key="xmlui.ArtifactBrowser.CollectionViewer.all_of_dspace">All
of DCommon</message>
        <message key="xmlui.ArtifactBrowser.CommunityViewer.all_of_dspace">All
of DCommon</message>
        <message key="xmlui.ArtifactBrowser.Navigation.head_all_of_dspace">All
of DCommon</message>
        [...]
        <message
key="xmlui.dri2xhtml.structural.head-subtitle">DCommon</message>
        [...]
        <message key="xmlui.EPerson.Navigation.register">Non-BU
Registration</message>

Doing a find for "All of DSpace" on all of the dspace directory yields no
results. I've restarted Tomcat *and* issued touch on WEB-INF/web.xml.

My server-side skills are rusty and I can't tell which back end technologies
our install is using, though if someone pointed me to how to find out, I could.
Though I don't think it should matter in this case... Any ideas?

Thanks,
