That table is part of the dspace installation, you would need to find the server where the postgres db is install and connect to it to query it and issue sql commands to it. The person that got your instance going should be able to do that.

Is there a way to delete E-persons who have submitted items to DSpace? It doesn't seem like I have that option under the E-person Management tool when logged in as admin. I could delete any regular users but not the ones who were submitters before. I did search the archives of the DSpace mailinglist. Someone asked this question back in 2004 but there was no answer to his question. I'd appreciate it if you could offer any help. Thank you so much!
