You are correct -- for part of the world it is the middle of the night and they
cannot participate. Unfortunately, like the DSpace developers, we must pick a
meeting time and undoubtedly it will only work half of the world.
Meeting notes are taken and posted and anyone from the community is
welcomed/encouraged/begged to participate in any of the relevant and material
discussions about specific new feature requests in either the DCAT discussion
forum (https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/dsforum/DCAT+Discussion+Forum ), in
JIRA (https://jira.duraspace.org/secure/Dashboard.jspa) or on the any of the
mailing lists.
If you have suggestions of how we can have regular discussions that are more
inclusive please contact me.
