Hi Judit, you didn't specify which DSpace version and interface you're using. If you're using XMLUI, there's an easy way to do that - log in as administrator, in the Administrative menu choose Authorizations and then "Click here to go to the item wildcard policy admin tool". There you can easily choose a collection or many collections, choose "bitstream", READ action and choose groups which it should apply to.
