We have done batch import in Dspace 3.1. After submitting, we want the  
"annonymous" user should not open or see even the meta data of this particular 
collection.  Dspace has to ask him to give UN and Password to enter into the 
collection. 


For doing this

the item and its bitstream derive their resource policies from the
DEFAULT_ITEM_READ and DEFAULT_BITSTREAM_READ of the owning collection
during submission.
Once submitted, changing the rights of a collection does not affect its
items.
You can change policies using wildcard via the administration ->
authorization -> advanced item/wildcard policy tool

In the Wild card policy tool - which item in the pulldown mendu  and how to 
make and select for the above policy ?
