We are using the XMLUI.  I just noticed that the index is working well in the 
jspui (all communities appear), but not in the xmlui.
We have already run the update-discovery-index with no avail.
I appreciate any help

Are you using XMLUI or JSPUI?

Did you try running index-update (or update-discovery-index if you use XMLUI 
with Discovery enabled)?
