Hi - I'm trying to get DSpace onto my organization's list of approved software.
I'm required to submit a VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template -
http://www.hhs.gov/web/508/contracting/technology/vpathhsinstructions.html),
which is usually completed by "the vendor." But of course, there is no official
software vendor in this case.

Has anyone else submitted a VPAT, or gone through a similar process? If so, who
did you approach to get this completed? Any information you can provide would
be greatly appreciated!

I've contacted a few U.S. federal government agencies that are listed as having
DSpace instances, but they had not been required to submit a VPAT. I've also
written to DuraSpace itself and some DSpace registered service providers, and
they were not aware of any existing VPAT.

Thanks,
Nichole
