Yes, that is the correct path in your [dspace-source] directory. You either have to a) rebuild (mvn package), redeploy (ant update) and restart Tomcat; or b) copy the file to [dspace]/webapps/xmlui/themes//dri2xhtml-alt/aspect/artifactbrowser and refresh the page.
