Hi Sarah,

In addition to restricting access to particular users or groups, you can
also whitelist access to content based on IP addresses. Also, if you have
single-sign-on, you could map ldap/shibboleth credentials to provide
access. i.e. person is member of faculty, person is affiliated with western
campus.
