Hi just curious if other universities do similar things to accepted/published
items that they accept into their repositories.

When you submit items do you put a cover sheet inside the source file to
explain the file is for example a preprint - or put any kind of citation
information to help user later cite the item correctly.

(We know you can put this into the metadata as citation) but we are worried
that the user will forget where they got the item and will not be able to cite
it properly. Especially once they download the item and go off to other things.

Many thanks in advance

Best regards

JOY
